Great success in the 19th edition of Matelec

admin | 16 de November de 2018

Matelec, the main fair for the electrical industry, closed its 19th edition with great numbers, as more than 1.600 companies and 80.000 sector professionals from more than 100 countries joined in Madrid from the 13th to the 16th of November.

These statistics show a stunning increase in respect with the 2016 edition, doubling its participation records.

CIRCUTOR participated actively as one of the main expositors in the fair, showing a diversity of products from our extended catalogue. The stands line-up included some of the company's best sellers, alongside the new arrivals for the upcoming year, once again showcasing Circutor's aim for constant improvement and development of its range of solutions.

WallBox eNext. prize in the Innovation and Efficiency of industrial installations categoryThe electric mobility division had the stronger presence in the stand, presenting all of the electric vehicle charging stations spectrum. The series include exterior charging stations as well as more compact devices for domestic use. Is it worth mentioning the exclusive presentation of the all-new Wallbox eNEXT, the upgraded version for the compact charger series, which now includes wireless communications for an improved user-device interaction. In fact, CIRCUTOR has been honoured to be awarded a prize in the Innovation and Efficiency of industrial installations category for the design of the new charger.

The electrical vehicle charging solutions shared the exposition area with the new luxury SUV from Jaguar, the 100% electric E-Pace, in partnership with Jaguar-Land Rover Spain. The presence of the vehicle, combined with the complete set of charging stations generated noticeable interest and attracted visitors to the stand, making it one of the most crowded in the fair..

The measure and control division also caught the public's attention thanks to the presentation of two new members of the CVM family: The new CVM-E3-Mini and the upgraded version of the CVM-C10. The latter is now compatible with flexible clamps for current measurement, enhancing simplicity for the installation process, and more importantly avoiding production interruptions due to complex wiring and connections. The CVM-E3-Mini will continue leading the DIN rail power analyser series with an improvement of its already top notch features and a redesigned display for better on-site data consultation.

Manufacturers and clients have also been able to experiment with the monitoring and power quality analysis equipment, which have received appreciated positive feedback. We are talking about the higher end products of CIRCUTOR's M division: the fixed CVM-A1500 and the portable MYeBOX. The other prime update of the series has been the release of the new active filters for harmonic current compensation, the AFQm, more compact and versatile than the previous models. The combination of such with capacitor banks have been proved to be a truly reliable power quality guarantee for industrial installations..

One of CIRCUTOR's priorities is contributing to sustainable development, and we would not want to miss the opportunity to share our approach to sustainability in electricity generation and efficient management. At Matelec, we presented our new communications philosophy for solar energy generation plants, as well as domestic equipment for energy consumption management and domestic protection and efficiency, namely the Wibeee  and the new REC4 with automatic reconnection.

We would like to thank Matelec for another excellent organisational effort and for the focus on innovation and efficiency in the electric industry. We also very much appreciate the participation of each one of the visitors who approached Circutor's stand and hope to see you soon in the next event.
