A commitment to responsible purchasing and to avoid purchasing conflict minerals

  • Perform business activity sustainably, incorporating responsible purchasing guidelines that promote green purchasing, local purchasing and fair trade.
  • Require suppliers to use conflict-free minerals that do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC or neighbouring countries.
  • Fulfil the information commitments required for the transparency of the supply chain.

A commitment to information security

  • Confidentiality of data provided by customers, collaborators, suppliers and other stakeholders by ensuring personal data protection, and the privacy and confidentiality of industrial property, as well as any other information agreed as confidential.
  • Integrity of the data and information needed to meet requirements with stakeholders.
  • Availability of the data and information needed to satisfy stakeholder requirements when demanded.
  • Security of the data obtained from specific online services provided by the Circutor Group to customers, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability pursuant to contractual and legal obligations and to the state of technology.
  • Continuous improvement of measures aimed at reducing information security risks and establishment of security goals consistent with the commitments present herein.

  • Competence in calibration and testing services in accordance with certification, regulatory and international traceability criteria.
  • Independence, impartiality and authority in the laboratory's activity and in the judgement on calibration and testing results.
  • Confidentiality of the information provided by customers and of the calibration and testing results.
  • Continuous improvement of calibration and testing methods.
