Power analyzers and current transformers

We have a wide range of power analyzers and current measurement and protection transformers to supplement your product range.

We design and manufacture a wide range of power analyzers for panel and DIN rail assembly, as well as current measurement transformers suited to any type of installation, capable of meeting the needs of our customers and partners. We make available to our customers our large team of engineers with extensive experience in the energy management sector, who can help you expand your range of energy measurement and management solutions.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

Power analyzers

Expand your product range with power analyzers that can provide useful information for improving the energy efficiency of your installation. We have advanced solutions for installation at the main panel with multiple communication options, expansion modules and able to analyse the power and consumption quality of any type of installation, as well as compact options with specific features tailored based on their location in an electrical installation.

CURRENT MEASUREMENT

Measurement transformers and shunts

Power analyzers need current transformers to measure electrical parameters. CIRCUTOR has solutions for any type of installation, from closed-core transformers for newly built installations, to split-core transformers and flexible clamps for installations where the power cannot be shut off to install the power analyzers. Discover all the advantages of our extensive catalogue of transformers and shunts for measuring DC installations.

ISO 50001 Norma certificicación
Certification

ISO 50001 Standard

By installing measuring equipment, you can also take a step forward in energy efficiency by certifying your facility in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard for Energy Management Systems (EMS).
This certification will ensure that you are using energy responsibly and in a way that is environmentally friendly and minimizes your carbon footprint by reducing greenhouse gases.
A company that is mindful of a sustainable future has more options to enter the most demanding markets and increase its profits.

CURRENT TRANSFORMERS

TD Transformers

The different models take into account aspects involving both their easy installation and their power optimization when being connected to currently installed electronic measuring equipment. Every model has a secondary output.../5 A,.../1 A or.../250 mA.

TQ transformers

Designed to connect to installations already in operation. A simple, two-step process makes for easy installation that saves on indirect costs by dispensing with the need to disconnect the electricity before start-up. Every model has a secondary output.../5 A,.../1 A or.../250 mA.

MC1/MC3 transformers

Designed for panels where there is no space to mount standard transformers and with a.../250 mA output, to connect to electronic devices, ensuring lower losses. The MC3 system consists of three efficient transformers in a compact arrangement whose dimensions make it a simple and innovative system for 63 A, 125 A and 250 A panels. The MC1 system allows line extensions in electrical panels by simply changing the transformer's secondary winding, since it is a compact, multi-range system.

FLEX clamps

Install the FLEX version in all those installations where interrupting the power is not an option. The flexible clamps are designed for installations of up to 10000 A with diameters of 70 or 120 mm, spanning distances up to 5 meters from the measuring point to the analyzer.

Installation analysis and management solutions

By installing power analyzers, you can determine how, where, when and how much energy you are consuming in your installation. Once connected to the management software, you can track your consumption over time. This will make it possible to view consumption trends and identify areas of improvement so that you can apply corrective measures, assess their benefits and quickly detect any abnormal or inefficient consumption.

Analyzers provide relevant information about the quality of your installation by measuring the level of harmonics, which you can use to determine if they can cause problems in your installation. With this information, you can find the most suitable solution to mitigate harmonics and the effects they have on the loads and elements of your installation.

What are the benefits of installing power analyzers?

  • Manage energy consumption (electricity, water or gas)
  • Control and reduce unnecessary or inefficient consumption
  • Avoid penalties due to reactive energy or excessive demand
  • Detect problems due to the presence of harmonics
