Circutor offers two types of systems for charging electric vehicles associated with solar photovoltaic canopies. One is the PVS-R model, which integrates the charging box directly into the base of the canopy; and the other is the PVS model, which allows the installation of outdoor Urban charging posts, offering a dual plug with 22 kW each simultaneously (44 kW instantaneous), with built-in communications, giving the user the freedom to choose the installation site, since it is not integrated into the primary structure of the canopy.

Their aluminium metal body contains all the electrical protections needed to function safely. Available with communications for monitoring, remote control and integration into platforms to invoice the individual consumption of each owner.

Urban Master/Slave

The URBAN MASTER-SLAVE devices have been designed to minimise the initial investment and maintenance costs when several chargers are required. This solution combines a Master charger that features integrated communications to control and send consumption information from all the Urban Slaves.

Point-of-sale (POS) terminal

DLM System: How can I avoid having to increase my contracted power?

In large car parks, it is unfeasible to increase the contracted power to guarantee every parking space has the full charging capacity available. To ensure every user can charge their vehicle and avoid increasing your contracted power, and with it your monthly electricity bill, you have to install a DLM (Dynamic Load Management) system.

DLM systems feature software that monitors in real time the status of the installation, displaying the vehicles that are charging, the spaces available, and any fault involving a charger. This system can be used to share the charging power available based on how many vehicles are charging simultaneously.

The DLM collects information on how many vehicles are charging, how much power each charging point requires and automatically configures each one to reduce the total power if the sum of the requested power exceeds the contracted power. The system thus reduces the power of those vehicles whose battery is close to being fully charged, allowing more power to be delivered to those that have just parked, until the maximum contracted power is reached. If the maximum number of connected vehicles is exceeded, the system will put new users on stand-by until a slot becomes available.
