Indoor multi-user car parks

Expand your services by giving your users the option to charge their vehicles while parked in your facilities.

Adapting your facilities to let customers or visitors charge their electric vehicles is a worthwhile aspect to consider. Having a service for charging electric vehicles while customers visit your facilities increases their satisfaction, and at the same time it positions your company as an innovative business that is committed to environmental sustainability.

The large deployment of electric vehicles worldwide means that facilities have to be made ready to take on increased energy consumption. As a result, we have to install solutions that make it easy to charge any electric vehicle without having to increase the contracted power of the installation, and that also prevent potential fraud involving the energy consumed by different users.

Public indoor car parks

Increase the satisfaction of your users and employees

Make sure all the users who visit your facility are able to charge their electric vehicles. Circutor's solutions have two individual plugs for instantly charging several electric vehicles, as well as RFID communications and the OCPP protocol for easily managing and billing each user's energy use. Save on expenses by using the Master/Slave system to control all your charging points from a single master device.

Private companies

Keep your vehicle fleet charged at all times

Make it possible to charge your vehicle fleet while they are parked in your company's car park. Connect any electric vehicle, either with a built-in connector or with a cable adapted to the model you have.

Contracted power

Avoid having to increase the power of your installation

Circutor's DLM system can be used to share the charging power available based on how many vehicles are charging simultaneously. The system collects information on how many vehicles are charging, how much power each charging point requires and automatically configures each one to reduce the total power if the sum of the requested power exceeds the contracted power.

Charging solutions

What charging point should I install in the car park?

Circutor has a wide range of chargers to guarantee the charging of any electric vehicle, both with a built-in hose and a front connector. If you have a vehicle fleet, you should already know what type of connector your vehicles use, so the best solution is to install charging points with a built-in hose, as this will make it easy to charge any vehicle without having to connect an external cable for charging. For multi-user car parks where any type of vehicle may be parked, the solution involves installing stations with a standard type-2 base to make sure any type of vehicle can be charged, either directly or with an external adapter. This will make it possible to charge vehicles that use either type-1 or type-2 connectors.

Security is another relevant aspect to keep in mind, since constant user traffic makes it essential to prevent potential fraud. To this end, we have units with RFID card or Bluetooth communications to authenticate users automatically and enable vehicle charging. Once authenticated, the charger locks the hose while it is charging to keep third parties from disconnecting it, and unlocks it once the owner return to the car park, thus preventing any kind of fraud.

The units with Ethernet communications can send information on the status of each charging point. The software on these units monitors and controls their status in real time and can interact with the system remotely, check the status of each charging point and issue invoices automatically.

The URBAN master/slave models save costs in any installation, as they are based on a master unit with integrated Ethernet or 4G communications. This avoids having to implement communications on each slave device, cutting costs and improving the operation with the charging point management software using the OCPP protocol.

Circutor devices are designed to work with any electric vehicle, offering charging powers of 3.6 kW, 7.4 kW or 22 kW per plug, depending on the model, for both type 1/2 and Shuko connectors, covering any market need.

INDOOR MULTI-USER CAR PARKS

Urban WB

URBAN WB charging posts have been designed as a robust solution for publicly accessible environments, capable of withstanding a wide range of environmental conditions and possible acts of vandalism, while providing simple installation and maintenance for operators. Available with communications for monitoring, remote control and integration into platforms to invoice the individual consumption of each owner.

Urban WB Master/Slave

The URBAN MASTER-SLAVE devices have been designed to minimise the initial investment and maintenance costs when several chargers are required. This solution combines a Master charger that features integrated communications to control and send consumption information from all the Urban WB Slaves.

ePARK

These devices are specially designed to be used in covered car parks. The ePARK series offers the maximum performance required by the market, with a monitoring and remote control system, and integration into platforms to invoice the individual consumption of each owner.

Point-of-sale (POS) Terminal

Offer credit card payments to all your customers by using a POS terminal integrated into your Urban WB Master.

Optimise the contracted power

DLM System: How can I avoid having to increase my contracted power?

In multi-user car parks, it is unfeasible to increase the contracted power to guarantee every parking space has the full charging capacity available. To ensure every user can charge their vehicle and avoid increasing your contracted power, and with it your monthly electricity bill, you have to install a DLM (Dynamic Load Management) system.

DLM systems feature software that monitors in real time the status of the installation, displaying the vehicles that are charging, the spaces available, and any fault involving a charger. This system can be used to share the charging power available based on how many vehicles are charging simultaneously.

The DLM system collects information on how many vehicles are charging, how much power each charging point requires and automatically configures each one to reduce the total power if the sum of the requested power exceeds the contracted power. The system reduces the power of those vehicles whose battery is close to being fully charged, allowing more power to be delivered to those that have just parked, until the maximum contracted power is reached. If the maximum number of vehicles connected at the minimum power is exceeded, the system will put new users on stand-by until a slot becomes available.
