Your mission

You will be part of CIRCUTOR’s Service team. We are looking for an EEE Service Engineer for our offices in Viladecavalls to manage product ranges such as Energy and Electricity Quality Measurement Systems, Protection Systems, Reactive Energy Compensation and Active Filters.

You will be responsible for managing the services associated with analysis, repair and maintenance operations, the commissioning of field equipment, and you will provide support and training to customers and partner companies.

Your day-to-day at Circutor

• Manage or conduct the technical studies assigned (measure electrical variables in the field to define solutions, diagnose problems in the electrical network, and audit the status of equipment).
• Analyze service, guarantee, repair, assistance and maintenance requests, define the actions by arranging the service, manage the materials and resources needed, and communicate with the customer to agree on all the associated aspects.
• Prepare reports on repairs or any other action taken.
• Prepare service offers within the scopes agreed with customers or with the commercial network.
• Enter all the information into the system provided in order to monitor the tasks performed.
• Economic control of actions to adapt to commitments with customers, ensuring maximum quantitative and qualitative results for CIRCUTOR.
• Safeguard the brand image in customer relationships and ensure they are satisfied with the actions taken.
• Analyze problems and report them clearly and in an orderly manner, with the aim of improving products and processes.
• Support CSPs (Circutor Service Provider) in the orders assigned.
• Provide training to customers.
• Identify and report commercial opportunities in the context of customer relations for future specific actions, improving market presence.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or vocational training plus proven experience.
• 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, energy, harmonics, grid disturbances, etc.
• Knowledge of computing and office software. Experience with CRM, GMAOs or Field Services tools a plus.
• Driving license.
• Willingness to travel abroad.
• Fluent English.
