Being able to generate the electricity consumed by the same building through photovoltaic self-consumption is today a technically, economically and administratively viable solution. The "Royal Decree 244/2019" also allows the manager or owner of the installation to decide what to do with its generation: adjust production to consumption by means of an anti-diversion device for grid energy or maximize photovoltaic production and receive financial compensation for the surplus energy.
