As a user of our connected products and services, you have the right to:

  • Access the data generated through the use of our products and services (“Your Data”).
  • Receive your data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
  • Authorize third parties to access your data or request that we share it with a designated recipient
  • Request to access or transfer your data without unjustified restrictions or unfair contractual conditions.

 

Our obligations under the Data Act

  • We provide users with pre-contractual information on all connected products and services subject to the Data Act.
  • We ensure interoperable interfaces (APIs, data export functionalities) to facilitate data portability and access.
  • We apply security and confidentiality measures to protect your data and our trade secrets, without unduly limiting your right of access or transfer.
  • We do not use your data to compete against you or to obtain unfair advantages.

 

What data do our devices generate?

Our electronic products may generate, among others, the following types of data:

  • Parameters and values from measurement and control devices
  • Electrical parameters (energy, power, voltage, current, leakage current, etc.)
  • Temperatures
  • Statuses
  • System events
  • Electrical events or network quality
  • Device operational logs
  • Run time

What data do cloud platforms generate?

Our remote device management platforms, used to configure, update, and monitor devices, may generate or process the following data:

  • Parameters and values from measurement and control devices
  • Electrical parameters (energy, power, voltage, current, etc.)
  • Temperatures
  • Statuses
  • System events
  • Electrical events or network quality

All data generated by connected telematics devices can be accessed through the relevant platforms.
