A commitment to responsible purchasing and to avoid purchasing conflict minerals

  • Perform business activity sustainably, incorporating responsible purchasing guidelines that promote green purchasing, local purchasing and fair trade.
  • Require suppliers to use conflict-free minerals that do not directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups in the DRC or neighbouring countries.
  • Fulfil the information commitments required for the transparency of the supply chain.

  • Confidentiality of data provided by customers, collaborators, suppliers and other stakeholders by ensuring personal data protection, and the privacy and confidentiality of industrial property, as well as any other information agreed as confidential.

  • Security of the data obtained from specific online services provided by the Circutor Group to customers, ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability pursuant to contractual and legal obligations and to the state of technology.
