{"id":10802,"date":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/?p=322"},"modified":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","modified_gmt":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","slug":"harmonicos-de-ranhura-em-sistemas-de-geracao-electrica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/circutor.com\/pt-pt\/articulos\/harmonicos-de-ranhura-em-sistemas-de-geracao-electrica\/","title":{"rendered":"Harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura em sistemas de gera\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9ctrica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os problemas derivados por falta de&nbsp;qualidade el\u00e9ctrica e mais concretamente&nbsp;pelos harm\u00f3nicos, s\u00e3o sobejamente&nbsp;conhecidos por t\u00e9cnicos e&nbsp;engenheiros.<\/p>\n<p>Os sistemas de filtra\u00e7\u00e3o encarregam-se&nbsp;de reduzir e atenuar a pr\u00f3pria corrente&nbsp;harm\u00f3nica consumida pelos receptores&nbsp;mas, e se a origem da qualidade&nbsp;el\u00e9ctrica advier do sistema de gera\u00e7\u00e3o?.<\/p>\n<p>No presente artigo veremos o que s\u00e3o&nbsp;os harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura e o estudo&nbsp;de um caso de resson\u00e2ncia com este&nbsp;tipo de harm\u00f3nicos gerados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura<\/h4>\n<p>A pr\u00f3pria constru\u00e7\u00e3o dos enrolamentos&nbsp;dos estatores das m\u00e1quinas&nbsp;el\u00e9ctricas girat\u00f3rias de&nbsp;corrente alternada pode criar a&nbsp;apari\u00e7\u00e3o de componentes&nbsp;harm\u00f3nicos em tens\u00e3o denominados&nbsp;de &#8220;harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>A exist\u00eancia de ranhuras uniformes&nbsp;em volta da parte interna do&nbsp;estator cria varia\u00e7\u00f5es regulares de&nbsp;relut\u00e2ncia e de fluxo ao longo da&nbsp;superf\u00edcie do estator, criando a&nbsp;deforma\u00e7\u00e3o da onda de tens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-307\" title=\"Estator com ranhuras\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-estator-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Estator com ranhuras\" width=\"415\" height=\"260\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-308\" title=\"Elementos de um Motor de Indu\u00e7\u00e3o.\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-elementos-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Elementos de um Motor de Indu\u00e7\u00e3o.\" width=\"311\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Os harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura ocorrem em&nbsp;frequ\u00eancias determinadas pelo espa\u00e7o&nbsp;que existe entre as ranhuras adjacentes.&nbsp;A ordem dos componentes \u00e9&nbsp;indicada pela express\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-309\" title=\"U ranhura\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula1-pt.jpg\" alt=\"U ranhura\" width=\"225\" height=\"75\" \/><\/p>\n<p>onde:<\/p>\n<table style=\"background-color: #e5e8ed;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><strong><em>\u03c5<sub>ranhura<\/sub><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;=&nbsp;ordem do componente harm\u00f3nico<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>S<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;n\u00famero de ranhuras do estator<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>P<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;n\u00famero de p\u00f3los da m\u00e1quina<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>M<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;= n\u00famero inteiro, normalmente igual a 1,&nbsp;com o qual se produzem os harm\u00f3nicos de&nbsp;ranhura de menor frequ\u00eancia.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Os principais efeitos dos harm\u00f3nicos de&nbsp;ranhura s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Indu\u00e7\u00e3o de harm\u00f3nicos de tens\u00e3o no&nbsp;sistema el\u00e9ctrico, deformando a onda&nbsp;em tens\u00e3o.<\/li>\n<li>Aumento da taxa de distor\u00e7\u00e3o em&nbsp;tens\u00e3o THDU(%)<\/li>\n<li>Maior facilidade de apresentar&nbsp;resson\u00e2ncia com baterias de&nbsp;condensadores<\/li>\n<li>Diminui\u00e7\u00e3o do rendimento de motores&nbsp;(menor par, vibra\u00e7\u00f5es, etc)<\/li>\n<li>Actua\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada de dispositivos&nbsp;electr\u00f3nicos sens\u00edveis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Resson\u00e2ncia por harm\u00f3nicos de ranhura<\/h4>\n<p>Neste caso, encontramo-nos com uma&nbsp;ind\u00fastria que disp\u00f5e de uma dupla&nbsp;alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, formada por um gerador&nbsp;de 6,5 MW a 4,16 kV\/60Hz e a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o directa da rede el\u00e9ctrica&nbsp;atrav\u00e9s de uma rede el\u00e9ctrica&nbsp;prim\u00e1ria de 69 kV atrav\u00e9s de um&nbsp;transformador de 9 MVA e secund\u00e1rio&nbsp;de 4,16 kV\/60 Hz. A instala\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;dispunha de um sistema de controlo&nbsp;de motores (SMC) que era compensado&nbsp;com um condensador de 50&nbsp;kvar a 4,16 kV.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-310\" title=\"Esquema simplificado do sistema el\u00e9ctrico e medi\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9ctricas.\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-esquema-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Esquema simplificado do sistema el\u00e9ctrico e medi\u00e7\u00f5es el\u00e9ctricas.\" width=\"434\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-311\" title=\"Problemas\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-ico-problemas-es.jpg\" alt=\"Problemas\" width=\"22\" height=\"20\" \/>&nbsp;Problemas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os problemas que apresentava a&nbsp;instala\u00e7\u00e3o eram os seguintes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Falha reiterada do arrancador do&nbsp;motor SMC.<\/li>\n<li>Disparo das protec\u00e7\u00f5es e&nbsp;degrada\u00e7\u00e3o dos condensadores&nbsp;de MT.<\/li>\n<li>Falhas no sistema de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;ininterrupta UPS em BT.<\/li>\n<li>Danos nos reactores electr\u00f3nicos.<\/li>\n<li>Falsos alarmes de aquecimento&nbsp;em compressores, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"background-color: #dcdde2;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-312\" title=\"Provas\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-ico-pruebas-es.jpg\" alt=\"Provas\" width=\"23\" height=\"23\" \/>&nbsp;Provas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Realizaram-se 4 diferentes provas&nbsp;na alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do motor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o a partir da rede&nbsp;el\u00e9ctrica com e sem bateria de&nbsp;condensadores.<\/li>\n<li>Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o do gerador com e&nbsp;sem bateria de condensadores.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Na&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\">Tabela 1<\/span>&nbsp;podemos ver, em forma de&nbsp;resumo, os principais par\u00e2metros&nbsp;el\u00e9ctricos medidos, vendo que a&nbsp;varia\u00e7\u00e3o das componentes harm\u00f3nicos&nbsp;sem (Fig.1 e 2) ou com (Fig.3 e 4)&nbsp;bateria de condensadores \u00e9 praticamente&nbsp;a mesma e sempre com os&nbsp;n\u00edveis correctos.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\"><strong>Tabela 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-313\" title=\"Tabela 1\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-tabla1-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Tabela 1\" width=\"694\" height=\"179\" \/><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-314\" title=\"fig1-4\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig1-4-pt.jpg\" alt=\"fig1-4\" width=\"714\" height=\"664\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Na&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\">Tabela 2<\/span>&nbsp;podemos ver o comportamento&nbsp;do sistema alimentado atrav\u00e9s&nbsp;do gerador de 6,5 MW. Vemos como&nbsp;aparece um aumento consider\u00e1vel na&nbsp;distor\u00e7\u00e3o em tens\u00e3o quando conectamos&nbsp;o condensador de 50 kvar,&nbsp;principalmente o aumento que \u00e9&nbsp;produzido no harm\u00f3nico de ordem 37.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\"><strong>Tabela 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-315\" title=\"Tabela 2\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-tabla2-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Tabela 2\" width=\"700\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-316\" title=\"Fig5-8\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig5-8-es.jpg\" alt=\"Fig5-8\" width=\"589\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-317\" title=\"Detalhe do rotor e do estator de um gerador\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-detalle-rotor-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Detalhe do rotor e do estator de um gerador\" width=\"683\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como se pode verificar nas (Figuras 6&nbsp;e 7 sem condutor) e (5 e 8 com&nbsp;condutor), vemos que a distor\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;harm\u00f3nica a operar com o gerador \u00e9&nbsp;maior quando comparada com a&nbsp;distor\u00e7\u00e3o que se apresenta operando&nbsp;directamente com a rede el\u00e9ctrica;&nbsp;vemos que se apresentam os componentes&nbsp;de ordem 5 e 37 com amplitudes&nbsp;aparentemente depreci\u00e1veis&nbsp;(1,89% e 1,26 respectivamente).&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com a bateria de condensadores em&nbsp;opera\u00e7\u00e3o, apresenta-se a resson\u00e2ncia&nbsp;no harm\u00f3nico 37\u00ba levando a sua&nbsp;amplitude para valores elevados (&gt;3%).&nbsp;Durante a prova surgiram falhas, entre&nbsp;elas, o falso alarme no controlo da&nbsp;caldeira devido \u00e0 distor\u00e7\u00e3o da voltagem&nbsp;que se apresenta em todos os circuitos&nbsp;alimentados pelo gerador.<\/p>\n<p>A causa desta resson\u00e2ncia deve-se \u00e0&nbsp;combina\u00e7\u00e3o de par\u00e2metros de curto&nbsp;circuito no bus de 4,16 kV, 71230 kVAcc&nbsp;e ao tamanho do condensador, 50&nbsp;kVAr. Assim, a frequ\u00eancia \u00e9 dada&nbsp;atrav\u00e9s de:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-318\" title=\"Formula\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula2-es.jpg\" alt=\"Formula\" width=\"216\" height=\"76\" \/><\/p>\n<p>onde:<\/p>\n<table style=\"background-color: #e5e8ed;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>n<\/strong><\/em> =&nbsp;ordem harm\u00f3nica de resson\u00e2ncia<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>S<\/strong><\/em><sub><em><strong>cc<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<\/sub>=&nbsp;Pot\u00eancia de curto circuito no ponto de&nbsp;conex\u00e3o do banco de condutores<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>Q<\/strong><\/em> =&nbsp;Pot\u00eancia efectiva do banco de&nbsp;condutores<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>assim:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-319\" title=\"Formula\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula3-es.jpg\" alt=\"Formula\" width=\"216\" height=\"65\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fig.9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-320\" title=\"Fig.9\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig9-pt.jpg\" alt=\"Fig.9\" width=\"464\" height=\"93\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Vimos tamb\u00e9m que o gerador era de 4&nbsp;p\u00f3los e tinha 72 ranhuras no seu&nbsp;estator sendo que, aplicando a f\u00f3rmula&nbsp;inicial conclu\u00edmos que os seus harm\u00f3nicos&nbsp;de ranhura de ordem mais baixa&nbsp;s\u00e3o de ordem 35 e 37, coincidindo com&nbsp;a resson\u00e2ncia apresentada na instala\u00e7\u00e3o&nbsp;e que comportava os diferentes&nbsp;problemas subjacentes. (Fig.9)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Um aspecto interessante desta prova&nbsp;foi o facto de que conforme a carga foi&nbsp;descendo at\u00e9 0, a distor\u00e7\u00e3o da onda de&nbsp;tens\u00e3o se acentuou tal como se mostra&nbsp;na figura com o perfil da taxa de&nbsp;distor\u00e7\u00e3o em tens\u00e3o THD(U)%.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclus\u00f5es<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-321\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" title=\"Conclus\u00f5es\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-foto1-es.jpg\" alt=\"Conclus\u00f5es\" width=\"283\" height=\"217\" \/>Neste caso, a medida imediata foi&nbsp;deixar o condensador de 50 kVAr&nbsp;permanentemente fora de opera\u00e7\u00e3o,&nbsp;criando a necessidade de utilizar uma&nbsp;bateria de condensadores com filtro de&nbsp;rejei\u00e7\u00e3o dessintonizado a 7%.
