Cette absence de <strong>filtrage des harmoniques<\/strong> provoquait :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un faible facteur de puissance<\/strong> : des valeurs inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 0,7 avec un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de sanctions administratives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une surcharge du syst\u00e8me<\/strong> : la capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9elle du transformateur de 3 150 kVA \u00e9tait de seulement 2 205 kVA (134 % de surcharge).<\/li>\n<li><strong>De l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9<\/strong> : pr\u00e9sence de scintillements et de surchauffe dans les conducteurs et les tableaux mena\u00e7ant la continuit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1768987407783{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>La solution : Diagnostic et syst\u00e8me avanc\u00e9 de filtrage des harmoniques et SVGm<\/h2>\n<p>Pour stabiliser le r\u00e9seau, une strat\u00e9gie int\u00e9grale de <strong>filtrage des harmoniques<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en \u0153uvre en deux \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mesures et diagnostic<\/strong> : identification des harmoniques dominantes (5<sup>e<\/sup>, 7<sup>e<\/sup>, 11<sup>e<\/sup> et 13<sup>e<\/sup>) selon la norme chilienne NTCSD.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intervention technologique<\/strong> : installation d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me ma\u00eetre de <strong>filtrage des harmoniques<\/strong> avec 22 modules configur\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire la distorsion et optimiser le facteur de puissance.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner content_placement=\u00a0\u00bbmiddle\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb2\/3&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1768987423247{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]Des <strong>filtres actifs<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s pour \u00e9liminer les distorsions invisibles, ainsi que des g\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs statiques de r\u00e9active <strong>SVGm<\/strong>.
