Le plan strat\u00e9gique de durabilit\u00e9 du fabricant de c\u00e2bles \u00e9lectriques repose sur quatre axes principaux : les \u00e9nergies renouvelables, le recyclage, la r\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et le packaging responsable. L\u2019entreprise envisageait l\u2019installation d\u2019auvents photovolta\u00efques et de recharge pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans le parking du si\u00e8ge central de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725873026492{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #efefef !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]<strong>L\u2019id\u00e9e initiale visait \u00e0 \u00e9lectrifier toutes les places, mais le co\u00fbt de l\u2019utilisation de chargeurs conventionnels \u00e9tait fort \u00e9lev\u00e9. Circutor a con\u00e7u pour ce projet un mod\u00e8le qui a fini par devenir un produit de l\u2019entreprise : l\u2019auvent double PVM4 avec int\u00e9gration d\u2019un point de RVE dans la structure m\u00eame.<\/strong>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725873046527{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]C\u2019est la solution id\u00e9ale pour couvrir des \u00e9tendues de parking couvertes de taille moyenne \u00e0 grande, pourvues d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de production solaire photovolta\u00efque et o\u00f9 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important \u00e0 maintenir. Cet auvent conserve les caract\u00e9ristiques structurelles de la famille PVS, tout en offrant une solution plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re prot\u00e9g\u00e9e en surface par un traitement Magn\u00e9lis.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725873093811{margin-top: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h2>Capacit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Le projet a permis d\u2019obtenir 234 places de parking couvertes par cinq auvents photovolta\u00efques doubles, dans lesquels le syst\u00e8me de recharge de v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Au total, l\u2019installation dessert 156 voitures \u00e9lectriques. Sur les cinq auvents de cette installation, quatre appartiennent au mod\u00e8le <strong>PVM4 M48T<\/strong> (67 m\u00e8tres) et un au mod\u00e8le <strong>PVM4 M42T<\/strong> (58 m\u00e8tres).<\/p>\n<p>Vu le nombre \u00e9lev\u00e9 de places de parking \u00e0 \u00e9lectrifier, la seule solution viable pour le projet consistait en l\u2019int\u00e9gration de la recharge dans la structure m\u00eame de l\u2019auvent, ce qui n\u2019aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible sans la collaboration des diff\u00e9rentes entreprises du groupe Circutor. Le c\u00e2ble de recharge des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur de l\u2019auvent \u00e0 la demande expresse du client.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=\u00a0\u00bb51367&Prime; img_size=\u00a0\u00bb400&#215;350&Prime; alignment=\u00a0\u00bbcenter\u00a0\u00bb css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725521981886{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-right: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;margin-left: 40px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725873134725{margin-top: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]L\u2019installation des auvents a permis de r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement la consommation du r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de plus de 700 kWp. Elle permet \u00e9galement de fournir un syst\u00e8me de recharge de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques aux voitures de sa propre flotte, mais aussi \u00e0 celles de ses travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les auvents disposent d\u2019une installation photovolta\u00efque de 1\u2009722 mod\u00e8les de 410 Wp, qui repr\u00e9sentent ensemble 706 kWp. En outre, 5 inverseurs Goodwe GW120K-HT, 5 String Box 24-12-12 et une CombinerBox T-0-0-5-1000-300-RV.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet a favoris\u00e9 la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique dans l\u2019entreprise Top Cable. En consid\u00e9rant une consommation moyenne d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule \u00e9lectrique de 15 kWh\/100 km, avec 156 points de recharge, il permettra de parcourir 6 millions de kilom\u00e8tres par an en utilisant uniquement l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Impact<\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb.vc_custom_1725873155053{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}\u00a0\u00bb]L\u2019impact de cette installation de cinq auvents s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 tr\u00e8s significatif pour la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de Top Cable. Premi\u00e8rement, elle a permis de r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance au r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique conventionnel, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 des \u00e9conomies consid\u00e9rables en termes de consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie. On estime que l\u2019installation de Top Cable produit une \u00e9nergie annuelle de 1\u2009000 MWh. Elle permet d\u2019acc\u00e9der \u00e0 un registre des recharges des v\u00e9hicules et dispose d\u2019un lecteur permettant de s\u2019identifier lors de l\u2019utilisation des points de recharge. Cette application a connu un franc succ\u00e8s et a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 incorpor\u00e9e \u00e0 Circutor.<\/p>\n<p>Un DLM g\u00e8re le volume de puissance de l\u2019installation chez Top Cable. Quand un nouveau v\u00e9hicule arrive pour se recharger, le syst\u00e8me calcule si le courant est suffisant. La production d\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire et l\u2019int\u00e9gration de stations de recharge de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques ont permis de r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone, d\u2019obtenir des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie importantes et d\u2019encourager la mobilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.
