{"id":10510,"date":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","date_gmt":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/?p=334"},"modified":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","modified_gmt":"2015-10-21T09:10:00","slug":"harmoniques-de-rainure-dans-les-systemes-de-generation-electrique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/circutor.com\/fr\/articulos\/harmoniques-de-rainure-dans-les-systemes-de-generation-electrique\/","title":{"rendered":"Harmoniques de rainure dans les syst\u00e8mes de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9lectrique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les probl\u00e8mes d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du manque de&nbsp;qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique, et plus concr\u00e8tement&nbsp;des harmoniques, sont habituellement&nbsp;bien connus des techniciens et des&nbsp;ing\u00e9nieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Les syst\u00e8mes de filtrages s&rsquo;occupent de&nbsp;r\u00e9duire et d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer le propre courant&nbsp;harmonique consomm\u00e9 par les r\u00e9cepteurs.&nbsp;Cependant, si l&rsquo;origine de la&nbsp;qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique provenait du syst\u00e8me&nbsp;de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration ?<\/p>\n<p>Dans le pr\u00e9sent article, nous verrons ce&nbsp;que sont les harmoniques de rainure&nbsp;ainsi que l&rsquo;\u00e9tude d&rsquo;un cas par r\u00e9sonnance&nbsp;avec ce type d&rsquo;harmoniques&nbsp;g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Harmoniques de rainure<\/h4>\n<p>La propre construction des&nbsp;enroulements des stators des&nbsp;machines \u00e9lectriques giratoires de&nbsp;courant alternatif peut produire&nbsp;l&rsquo;apparition de composants&nbsp;harmoniques en tension d\u00e9nomm\u00e9s&nbsp;\u00ab harmoniques de rainure \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;existence de rainures uniformes&nbsp;autour de la partie interne du&nbsp;stator cause des variations&nbsp;r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de r\u00e9luctance et de flux&nbsp;tout au long de la surface du&nbsp;stator, en causant la d\u00e9formation&nbsp;de l&rsquo;onde de tension.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-319\" title=\"Stator avec rainures\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-estator-fr.jpg\" alt=\"Stator avec rainures\" width=\"415\" height=\"260\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-320\" title=\"\u00c9l\u00e9ments d\u2019un Moteur \u00e0 induction\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-elementos-fr.jpg\" alt=\"\u00c9l\u00e9ments d\u2019un Moteur \u00e0 induction\" width=\"311\" height=\"323\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Les harmoniques de rainure se produisent&nbsp;\u00e0 des fr\u00e9quences d\u00e9termin\u00e9es&nbsp;par l&rsquo;espace qui se trouve entre les&nbsp;rainures adjacentes. L&rsquo;ordre des composants&nbsp;est donn\u00e9 par l&rsquo;expression :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-321\" title=\"U rainure\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula1-fr.jpg\" alt=\"U rainure\" width=\"225\" height=\"75\" \/><\/p>\n<p>o\u00f9:<\/p>\n<table style=\"background-color: #e5e8ed;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><strong><em>\u03c5<sub>rainure<\/sub><\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;= ordre de composant harmonique<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>S<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;nombre de rainures du stator<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>P<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;=&nbsp;nombre de p\u00f4les de la machine<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>M<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;= nombre entier, normalement \u00e9gal \u00e0 1,&nbsp;avec lequel se produisent les harmoniques&nbsp;de rainure de moindre fr\u00e9quence.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Les principaux effets des harmoniques&nbsp;de rainure sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Induction des harmoniques de tension&nbsp;au syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique, en d\u00e9formant&nbsp;l&rsquo;onde en tension.<\/li>\n<li>Augmentation du taux de distorsion en&nbsp;tension THDU(%)<\/li>\n<li>Plus grande facilit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sentation de&nbsp;r\u00e9sonnance avec des batteries de&nbsp;condensateurs<\/li>\n<li>Diminution du rendement des moteurs&nbsp;(couple inf\u00e9rieur, vibrations, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Action inappropri\u00e9e des dispositifs&nbsp;\u00e9lectroniques sensibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>R\u00e9sonnance par harmoniques de rainure<\/h4>\n<p>Dans ce cas, nous nous trouvons&nbsp;devant une industrie qui disposait d&rsquo;une&nbsp;double alimentation, form\u00e9e par un&nbsp;g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de 6,5 MW \u00e0 4,16 kV\/60Hz,&nbsp;et l&rsquo;alimentation directe du r\u00e9seau&nbsp;\u00e9lectrique par un r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique&nbsp;primaire de 69 kV \u00e0 travers un&nbsp;transformateur de 9 MVA et secondaire&nbsp;de 4,16 kV\/60 Hz. L&rsquo;installation&nbsp;disposait d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le de&nbsp;moteurs (SMC) qui \u00e9tait compens\u00e9&nbsp;par un condensateur de 50 kvar \u00e0&nbsp;4,16 kV.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-322\" title=\"Sch\u00e9ma simplifi\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique et des mesures \u00e9lectriques.\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-esquema-fr.jpg\" alt=\"Sch\u00e9ma simplifi\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique et des mesures \u00e9lectriques.\" width=\"434\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-323\" title=\"Probl\u00e8mes\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-ico-problemas-es.jpg\" alt=\"Probl\u00e8mes\" width=\"22\" height=\"20\" \/>&nbsp;Probl\u00e8mes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les probl\u00e8mes que pr\u00e9sentait&nbsp;l&rsquo;installation \u00e9taient :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9faillance r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9e du d\u00e9marreur&nbsp;du moteur SMC.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9clenchement des protections et&nbsp;d\u00e9gradation des condensateurs&nbsp;de MT.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9fauts dans le syst\u00e8me&nbsp;d&rsquo;alimentation ininterrompue UPS&nbsp;en BT.<\/li>\n<li>Dommages sur les ballasts&nbsp;\u00e9lectroniques.<\/li>\n<li>Fausses alarmes de chauffe sur&nbsp;les compresseurs, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table style=\"background-color: #dcdde2;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-324\" title=\"Essais\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-ico-pruebas-es.jpg\" alt=\"Essais\" width=\"23\" height=\"23\" \/>&nbsp;Essais<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4 essais diff\u00e9rents dans&nbsp;l&rsquo;alimentation du moteur :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aliment\u00e9 depuis le r\u00e9seau&nbsp;\u00e9lectrique, avec et sans batterie&nbsp;de condensateurs.<\/li>\n<li>Aliment\u00e9 depuis le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur,&nbsp;avec et sans batterie de&nbsp;condensateurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Le&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\">Tableau 1<\/span>&nbsp;montre, \u00e0 mode de&nbsp;r\u00e9sum\u00e9, les principaux param\u00e8tres&nbsp;\u00e9lectriques mesur\u00e9s et nous voyons&nbsp;que la variation des composants&nbsp;harmoniques sans (Fig. 1 et 2) ou avec&nbsp;(Fig.3 et 4) batterie de condensateurs&nbsp;est pratiquement la m\u00eame et, \u00e0 tout&nbsp;moment, avec des niveaux corrects.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\"><strong>Tableau 1<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h4><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-325\" title=\"Tableau 1\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-tabla1-fr.jpg\" alt=\"Tableau 1\" width=\"694\" height=\"179\" \/><\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-326\" title=\"fig1-4\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig1-4-fr.jpg\" alt=\"fig1-4\" width=\"714\" height=\"664\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\">Tableau 2<\/span>&nbsp;montre le comportement&nbsp;du syst\u00e8me aliment\u00e9 au g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de&nbsp;6,5 MW. Nous voyons qu&rsquo;une augmentation&nbsp;consid\u00e9rable dans la distorsion&nbsp;en tension appara\u00eet lorsque nous&nbsp;connectons le condensateur de 50 kvar,&nbsp;principalement l&rsquo;augmentation se&nbsp;produit sur l&rsquo;harmonique d&rsquo;ordre 37.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3b8bca;\"><strong>Tableau 2<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-327\" title=\"Tableau 2\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-tabla2-fr.jpg\" alt=\"Tableau 2\" width=\"700\" height=\"180\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-328\" title=\"Fig5-8\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig5-8-es.jpg\" alt=\"Fig5-8\" width=\"589\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-329\" title=\"D\u00e9tail du rotor et du stator d\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-detalle-rotor-fr.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00e9tail du rotor et du stator d\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.\" width=\"683\" height=\"204\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Comme on peut l&rsquo;appr\u00e9cier sur les&nbsp;(Figures 6 et 7 sans condensateur) et (5&nbsp;et 8 avec condensateur), nous voyons&nbsp;que la distorsion harmonique en op\u00e9rant&nbsp;avec le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur est sup\u00e9rieure, en&nbsp;comparaison avec la distorsion qui se&nbsp;pr\u00e9sente en op\u00e9rant directement avec le&nbsp;r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique ; nous voyons que les&nbsp;composants d&rsquo;ordre 5\u00ba et 37\u00ba se pr\u00e9sentent&nbsp;avec des amplitudes apparemment&nbsp;n\u00e9gligeables (1.89% et 1.26%&nbsp;respectivement).<\/p>\n<p>Avec la batterie de condensateurs en&nbsp;fonctionnement, la r\u00e9sonnance se&nbsp;pr\u00e9sente sur l&rsquo;harmonique 37\u00ba en&nbsp;amenant son amplitude \u00e0 des valeurs&nbsp;\u00e9lev\u00e9es (&gt;3%). Au cours de l&rsquo;essai, des&nbsp;d\u00e9faillances sont apparues, entre autres,&nbsp;la fausse alarme sur la commande de la&nbsp;chaudi\u00e8re par le fait de la distorsion du&nbsp;voltage se pr\u00e9sente sur tous les circuits&nbsp;aliment\u00e9s par le g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>La cause de cette r\u00e9sonnance est due \u00e0&nbsp;la combinaison de param\u00e8tres de&nbsp;court-circuit sur le bus de 4,16 kV, 71230&nbsp;kVAcc, et la taille du condensateur, 50&nbsp;kVAr. En effet, la fr\u00e9quence de syntonie&nbsp;est donn\u00e9e par :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-330\" title=\"Formula\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula2-es.jpg\" alt=\"Formula\" width=\"216\" height=\"76\" \/><\/p>\n<p>o\u00f9:<\/p>\n<table style=\"background-color: #e5e8ed;\" cellpadding=\"5\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<p>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>n<\/strong><\/em> = ordre harmonique de r\u00e9sonnance<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>S<\/strong><\/em><sub><em><strong>cc<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<\/sub>=&nbsp;Puissance de court-circuit disponible&nbsp;sur le point de connexion du banc des&nbsp;condensateurs<br \/><\/span><span style=\"color: #075f91;\"><em><strong>Q<\/strong><\/em> = Puissance effective du banc des&nbsp;condensateurs<\/span><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>par cons\u00e9quent:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-331\" title=\"Formula\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-formula3-es.jpg\" alt=\"Formula\" width=\"216\" height=\"65\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Fig.9<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-332\" title=\"Fig.9\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-fig9-fr.jpg\" alt=\"Fig.9\" width=\"464\" height=\"93\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement vu que le&nbsp;g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur \u00e9tait \u00e0 4 p\u00f4les et qu&rsquo;il avait&nbsp;72 rainures sur son stator, raison pour&nbsp;laquelle, en appliquant la formule&nbsp;initiale, nous trouvons que ses harmoniques&nbsp;de rainure de l&rsquo;ordre le plus bas&nbsp;sont de 35 et 37, co\u00efncidant avec la&nbsp;r\u00e9sonnance pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;installation&nbsp;et qui comportait les diff\u00e9rents&nbsp;probl\u00e8mes sous-jacents. (Fig.9)&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un aspect int\u00e9ressant de cet essai a&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 le fait que, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que&nbsp;la charge descendait jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 0, la&nbsp;distorsion de l&rsquo;onde de tension s&rsquo;accentuait,&nbsp;comme le montre la figure avec le&nbsp;profil du taux de distorsion en tension&nbsp;THD(U)%.<\/p>\n<h4>Conclusions<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" alignleft size-full wp-image-333\" style=\"margin-right: 10px; float: left;\" title=\"conclusions\" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/10\/FN-armonicos-ranura-foto1-es.jpg\" alt=\"conclusions\" width=\"283\" height=\"217\" \/>Dans ce cas, la mesure imm\u00e9diate a&nbsp;\u00e9t\u00e9 de laisser le condensateur de 50&nbsp;kVAr en permanence hors fonctionnement,&nbsp;en envisageant le besoin&nbsp;d&rsquo;utiliser une batterie de condensateurs&nbsp;avec un filtre de rejet d\u00e9saccord\u00e9 \u00e0 7%.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e9anmoins, la pr\u00e9sence du 37\u00ba&nbsp;harmonique de tension, pour \u00eatre un&nbsp;probl\u00e8me inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 la conception du&nbsp;g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur, n&rsquo;a pas pu \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9e et,&nbsp;par cons\u00e9quent, dans des p\u00e9riodes de&nbsp;basse charge, la m\u00eame fausse alarme&nbsp;s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e sur la commande de la&nbsp;chaudi\u00e8re.
