The fourth edition of the Matelec\/AFME prizes for Innovation and Energy Efficiency took place in the Matelec fair in Madrid in the 19th edition of the event. CIRCUTOR was honoured to celebrate the recognition to the new Wallbox eNEXT compact EV charger.<\/h3>\n

The new charger will substitute the Wallbox eBasic<\/a><\/strong>, Smart<\/a> <\/strong>and Touch<\/a> <\/strong>models in the compact series. The update comes with a fresh development of wireless communication capabilities, enabling an optimized user-charger interaction.<\/p>\n

The main resulting feature of this upgrade is the possibility to lock the device to avoid non-desired uses from others, thanks to an authentication procedure via the smartphone application for the charging device.<\/p>\n

Another advantageous feature of this device, as well as the rest of the CIRCUTOR<\/strong> products for EV charging, is the protection of the connectors as a result of an electronic locking system. Such protection is a must if service continuity wants to be achieved, avoiding service interruptions that may create incidents with customers and contributing to maintenance cost savings.<\/p>\n

Through this recognition, the Wallbox eNEXT<\/strong> settles as a reference in the compact chargers segment, and encourages us to keep putting strain on the development of better and more efficient solutions for the mobility of the future.<\/p>\n
