Aquesta manca de<strong> filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics <\/strong>provocava:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Baix factor de pot\u00e8ncia: <\/strong>registres inferiors a 0,7, amb alt risc de sancions normatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sobrec\u00e0rrega del sistema: <\/strong>el transformador de 3.150 kVA operava amb una capacitat real de nom\u00e9s 2.205 kVA (134\u00a0% de sobrec\u00e0rrega).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inestabilitat: <\/strong>pres\u00e8ncia de <em>flicker<\/em> i sobreescalfament en conductors i quadres el\u00e8ctrics, que amena\u00e7aven la continu\u00eftat operativa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1768912569161{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>La soluci\u00f3: diagnosi i sistema avan\u00e7at de filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics i SVGm<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per estabilitzar la xarxa, es va executar una estrat\u00e8gia integral de<strong> filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics <\/strong>en dues etapes:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Mesuraments i diagnosi: <\/strong>identificaci\u00f3 dels harm\u00f2nics dominants (5\u00e8, 7\u00e8, 11\u00e8 i 13\u00e8), d\u2019acord amb la normativa xilena NTCSD.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Intervenci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica: <\/strong>instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d\u2019un sistema mestre de<strong> filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics <\/strong>amb 22 m\u00f2duls, configurats per reduir la distorsi\u00f3 i optimitzar el factor de pot\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1768912609505{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]Es van utilitzar <strong>filtres actius AFQm<\/strong> per eliminar les distorsions invisibles i generadors est\u00e0tics de reactiva <strong>SVGm<\/strong>. L\u2019<strong>SVGm<\/strong> permet una compensaci\u00f3 precisa en temps real i opera sense veure\u2019s afectat per la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019harm\u00f2nics a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;59959&#8243; img_size=&#8221;medium&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1768474830787{margin-left: 20px !important;}&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1768913245195{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Impacte del filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics en l\u2019efici\u00e8ncia industrial<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3 del <strong>filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics<\/strong> i de la compensaci\u00f3 reactiva va aconseguir resultats mesurables immediats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Qualitat de l\u2019energia<\/strong>: reducci\u00f3 del THDi del 42,5\u00a0% a &lt; 8\u00a0% i estabilitzaci\u00f3 del THDv en tensi\u00f3 (&lt; 8\u00a0%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Factor de pot\u00e8ncia<\/strong>: millora fins a valors superiors a 0,95, eliminant penalitzacions i optimitzant l\u2019\u00fas energ\u00e8tic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seguretat operativa<\/strong>: normalitzaci\u00f3 de la temperatura en conductors i recuperaci\u00f3 de la capacitat del transformador fins al 85\u00a0% d\u2019\u00fas segur.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Compliment normatiu<\/strong>: estabilitzaci\u00f3 del <em>flicker<\/em> (Pst i Plt) dins dels l\u00edmits legals establerts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1768913306855{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #ffeded !important;border-radius: 15px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Conclusions: control i fiabilitat mitjan\u00e7ant el filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La integraci\u00f3 de tecnologies de <strong>filtratge d\u2019harm\u00f2nics<\/strong> de Circutor va permetre a Fosfoquim transformar un sistema cr\u00edtic en un model d\u2019efici\u00e8ncia energ\u00e8tica.
