Tot i ser un element existent en moltes instal\u00b7lacions i aplicacions (comptadors, analitzadors de xarxes, bateries de condensadors, etc), tradicionalment comporta certs dubtes en com triar un transformador d&#8217;intensitat.<\/p>\n<p>Els punts fonamentals per a una correcta elecci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Aplicaci\u00f3<br \/>\nCaracter\u00edstiques mec\u00e0niques<br \/>\nCaracter\u00edstiques el\u00e8ctriques<br \/>\nAplicaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Primer cal distingir si l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 a qu\u00e8 anir\u00e0 destinat la mesura de corrent \u00e9s per a protecci\u00f3 o mesura.<\/p>\n<p>La difer\u00e8ncia b\u00e0sicament rau en la propietat de mantenir la linealitat de precisi\u00f3 de la mesura (figura 1) davant de r\u00e8gims de funcionament superiors al seu rang de mesura, ja sigui permanent o transitori. Els transformadors de corrent de protecci\u00f3 poden mantenir la seva linealitat davant de corrents superiors a la nominal de primari, de l&#8217;ordre de 5 a 15 vegades el seu corrent de primari. En canvi, els transformadors de mesura mantenen la seva linealitat fins a un 20% del corrent de primari.<\/p>\n<p>Els transformadors de protecci\u00f3 tenen un rang d\u201ferror de l\u201fordre d\u201fun 5% a un 10%, en canvi els de mesura tenen un rang d\u201ferror entre un 0,2% i 3%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-left: 30px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-548\" title=\"Figura 1. Linealitat de transformadors de protecci\u00f3 i mesura<\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edstiques mec\u00e0niques<\/p>\n<p>Un aspecte fonamental \u00e9s que el cable o platina c\u00e0piga a l&#8217;orifici del transformador de corrent. Aquest punt sol obviar-se, impedint o endarrerir-se la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 dels equips que hi van associats.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s important abans d&#8217;adquirir el transformador que aquest pugui admetre la secci\u00f3 del conductor o platina on ser\u00e0 instal\u00b7lat.<\/p>\n<p>Per facilitar-ne la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 sense haver de tallar el subministrament el\u00e8ctric hem d&#8217;usar transformadors de nucli partit tipus TP o STP. Aix\u00f2 no comportar\u00e0 la interrupci\u00f3 del servei i reduir\u00e0 considerablement el temps i la complexitat de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Caracter\u00edstiques el\u00e8ctriques<\/p>\n<p>Les caracter\u00edstiques per seleccionar un transformador de corrent s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>Tensi\u00f3 de servei<br \/>\nCorrent de primari<br \/>\nCorrent de secundari<br \/>\nPot\u00e8ncia<br \/>\nPrecisi\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>Tensi\u00f3 de servei<\/p>\n<p>La tensi\u00f3 de servei ens indica el nivell d&#8217;a\u00efllament requerit del transformador. Es pot fer servir en conductors de nivells de tensi\u00f3 superiors, sempre que el conductor aporti el nivell d&#8217;a\u00efllament necessari.<\/p>\n<p>Corrent de primari<\/p>\n<p>Hem de seleccionar un transformador d&#8217;acord amb el corrent m\u00e0xim que passar\u00e0 pel conductor. Si escollim un transformador amb un corrent inferior correrem el risc de saturar-lo, i acabar fent malb\u00e9 el transformador i l&#8217;equip al qual estigui associat si no est\u00e0 protegit de forma adequada, aix\u00ed com donar una mesura err\u00f2nia. Per exemple, si hem de mesurar en un circuit que disposa un magnetot\u00e8rmic de 63 A, cal triar un transformador de 75 A, que \u00e9s l&#8217;immediatament superior.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;elecci\u00f3 d&#8217;un primari de corrent inferior ens aporta m\u00e9s precisi\u00f3 a la part baixa d&#8217;escala, per\u00f2 correm el risc de saturar-lo i fer-lo malb\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Corrent de secundari<\/p>\n<p>La sortida de secundari del transformador de mesura est\u00e0 vinculat amb l&#8217;equip receptor i les p\u00e8rdues que poden suposar transmetre el senyal de mesura entre el transformador i l&#8217;equip receptor. Les sortides de secundari m\u00e9s habituals s\u00f3n X\/5 A o X\/1 A. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha els transformadors eficients, com els MC1 i MC3, amb un secundari X\/250 mA.<\/p>\n<p>Pot\u00e8ncia<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s un par\u00e0metre important. Al transformador, el corrent de primari ha d&#8217;induir al secundari la pot\u00e8ncia necess\u00e0ria per poder transmetre el corrent de secundari a l&#8217;equip de mesura. La pot\u00e8ncia indu\u00efda ha de ser igual o superior a les p\u00e8rdues de la l\u00ednia m\u00e9s les del consum mateix de l&#8217;equip de mesura.<\/p>\n<p>La pot\u00e8ncia perduda per escalfament a causa del pas del corrent pel cablejat del circuit secundari del transformador \u00e9s:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-left: 30px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-549\" title=\"potencia perdida por calentamiento \" src=\"https:\/\/circutorweb.atic.blue\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/FN-elegir-trafo-formula.jpg\" alt=\"potencia perdida por calentamiento \" width=\"185\" height=\"51\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-left: 30px;\">on IS \u00e9s el corrent de secundari i RL \u00e9s la resist\u00e8ncia del cable, aquesta es calcula amb la resistivitat del conductor (per a coure \u00e9s igual a 1\/56 \u03a9\u2219mm\u00b2\/m), L \u00e9s la longitud del cablejat (anada + retorn) i s \u00e9s la secci\u00f3 de cable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; margin-left: 30px;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\" size-full wp-image-550\" title=\"Figura 2. Respecte a un transformador eficient MC la difer\u00e8ncia \u00e9s de 400 vegades inferior.<\/p>\n<p>Precisi\u00f3<\/p>\n<p>El tipus de precisi\u00f3 o classe que pot tenir un transformador de corrent est\u00e0 establert per la norma IEC 61869.
