Especialment, per prevenir la possible aparici\u00f3 de problemes que, com veurem posteriorment, estan associats a la seva pres\u00e8ncia a la nostra xarxa el\u00e8ctrica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Gestionar i controlar els harm\u00f2nics el\u00e8ctrics \u00e9s fonamental per evitar que sorgeixin diversos problemes a la xarxa d&#8217;el\u00e8ctrica.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15617&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;30px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Definim en primer lloc el terme harm\u00f2nic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per aix\u00f2, viatgem a principis del segle XIX, quan el matem\u00e0tic Jean Baptiste Fourier va determinar que qualsevol forma d&#8217;ona peri\u00f2dica es pot descompondre en una suma de sinuso\u00efdals simples, de diferents freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies i amplituds, que s&#8217;anomenen harm\u00f2nics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 vegem un exemple que de ben segur ens permet comprendre millor el concepte:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Suposem que l&#8217;ona que apareix a la Fig. 1 correspon a \u201cun cicle\u201d de la intensitat de corrent en una xarxa de 50 Hz. O sigui, que es repeteix 50 vegades en un segon i t\u00e9 una durada de 20 mil\u00b7lisegons. Si es tracta d&#8217;una xarxa de 60 Hz, la durada seria de 16,6 ms. Aquesta ona la denominarem \u201cfonamental\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I sobre ella una altra ona, de menor amplitud, per\u00f2 de 250 Hz. \u00c9s a dir, d&#8217;una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia 5 vegades superior. L&#8217;ona de la Fig. 2 correspondria a l&#8217;harm\u00f2nic 5\u00e8, i l&#8217;ona resultant seria la de la Fig. 3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I per finalitzar, sobre aquestes dues ones, una altra de 350 Hz, de 7 vegades m\u00e9s freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia que la fonamental, l&#8217;harm\u00f2nic 7\u00e8, que correspon a la Fig. 4. Entre elles, els variadors de velocitat o freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, els equips electr\u00f2nics monof\u00e0sics o les llumin\u00e0ries tipus LED. En resum, totes aquelles c\u00e0rregues en qu\u00e8 alguna etapa del seu funcionament implica una conversi\u00f3 de corrent altern a corrent continu.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15884&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]Per analitzar el contingut harm\u00f2nic de la xarxa el\u00e8ctrica, utilitzarem la descomposici\u00f3 en freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia o all\u00f2 que es coneix com el seu espectre. \u00c9s a dir, l&#8217;amplitud, o el valor, de cada ordre harm\u00f2nic. Fig.6<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, per a xarxes amb predomin\u00e0ncia de c\u00e0rregues trif\u00e0siques, habitualment els m\u00e9s importants serien el 5, 7, 11 i 13, en aquest ordre decreixent de magnitud. I, en el cas de xarxes de 4 fils, amb una important pres\u00e8ncia de c\u00e0rregues monof\u00e0siques alimentades entre fase i neutre, tamb\u00e9 estarien presents, a m\u00e9s dels anteriors, els harm\u00f2nics 3r, 9\u00e8 i 15\u00e8, sent en aquest cas generalment el 3r el m\u00e9s significatiu.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I les magnituds que habitualment utilitzarem per avaluar els nivells d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics a la xarxa s\u00f3n les anomenades Taxes de Distorsi\u00f3 Harm\u00f2nica, total harmonic distortion en angl\u00e8s, THD(U) per a la tensi\u00f3, i THD(I) per al corrent, que representen el percentatge de la tensi\u00f3 o corrent harm\u00f2nic, que es calcula a partir del valor RMS, o suma quadr\u00e0tica dels valors de cada freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, respecte del valor de la fonamental. Aquestes taxes ens permetran, com veurem, determinar la severitat de la distorsi\u00f3 harm\u00f2nica a la nostra xarxa, i la necessitat o no aplicar mesures correctives.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15892&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Un aspecte important que cal considerar \u00e9s que, com hem determinat, s\u00f3n les c\u00e0rregues no lineals o distorsionants les que generen harm\u00f2nics de corrent, i el fet que circulin pels cables de distribuci\u00f3 aquests corrents harm\u00f2nics provoca caigudes de tensi\u00f3 a les diferents freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies harm\u00f2niques. Aix\u00f2 suposa l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de tensions harm\u00f2niques, \u00e9s a dir, que distorsionen la tensi\u00f3, incrementant aix\u00ed el valor del THD (U). Per tant, les taxes de THD(I) i THD(U) seran sempre valors que s&#8217;hauran d&#8217;analitzar de manera conjunta, quan es plantegi la necessitat de solucionar algun tipus de problem\u00e0tica associada als harm\u00f2nics el\u00e8ctrics a la nostra xarxa.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra important particularitat dels harm\u00f2nics el\u00e8ctrics \u00e9s el fet que presenten diferents seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de fase. Aix\u00ed, en xarxes de 4 fils, 3 fases i neutre, amb un nombre significativament alt de c\u00e0rregues monof\u00e0siques electr\u00f2niques (ordinadors, o computadors, i receptors similars), en no anul\u00b7lar-se entre ells, se sumen al conductor de neutre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, si suposem una xarxa amb 50 A de corrent harm\u00f2nic d&#8217;ordre 3 per cada fase, al conductor de neutre tindrem directament 150 A de corrent d&#8217;harm\u00f2nic 3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00f2 comporta un risc de sobrec\u00e0rrega en aquest conductor de neutre, tant a nivell de tret de proteccions t\u00e8rmiques, com de seccionament del neutre. Aix\u00f2 provocaria la situaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s adversa, per l&#8217;important desequilibri de les tensions d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 de les c\u00e0rregues que ocasionaria, que podria derivar en avaries greus dels equips connectats en aquell moment per sobretensi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Els problemes tamb\u00e9 sorgeixen de manera habitual a nivell dels transformadors de pot\u00e8ncia que alimenten la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Si aquests han de subministrar, a m\u00e9s del corrent fonamental associat a la pot\u00e8ncia activa, corrents harm\u00f2nics no productius (\u00e9s a dir, que no s\u00f3n \u00fatils), les seves p\u00e8rdues poden ser tan elevades que causin que la qualitat de la tensi\u00f3 que se subministra sigui pobra , amb alts nivells de THD(U). Aquest fet afectaria el funcionament de les c\u00e0rregues alimentades. El cas m\u00e9s extrem, fins i tot es produiria un exc\u00e9s de temperatura al transformador que pot derivar en la seva destrucci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un altre aspecte essencial \u00e9s l&#8217;afectaci\u00f3 que la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics el\u00e8ctrics pot provocar a les proteccions diferencials contra corrents de fuga. \u00c9s imprescindible utilitzar rel\u00e9s diferencials adequats per garantir la correcta protecci\u00f3 en aquestes xarxes. En aquest sentit, l&#8217;\u00fas de diferencials tipus B per a tots aquells receptors que incorporin una conversi\u00f3 CA\/CC en el seu funcionament (com s\u00f3n els variadors de velocitat, SAI, rectificadors o carregadors de vehicles el\u00e8ctrics) es fa no nom\u00e9s essencial, sin\u00f3 obligatori.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;alts nivells de distorsi\u00f3 harm\u00f2nica en tensi\u00f3 a la xarxa, els podem relacionar amb problemes que apareixen en equips electr\u00f2nics \u201csensibles\u201d. En aquest cas, la mala qualitat de la tensi\u00f3 de subministrament pot causar el seu mal funcionament en relaci\u00f3 amb resets, interfer\u00e8ncies, errors de c\u00e0lcul, etc.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, sens dubte el problema m\u00e9s conegut i freq\u00fcent \u00e9s la problem\u00e0tica entre la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;una bateria de condensadors per compensar energia reactiva inductiva i l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics el\u00e8ctrics a la xarxa.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;explicaci\u00f3 del cas<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Considerem primer com \u00e9s la corba d&#8217;imped\u00e0ncia d&#8217;un condensador, que podem anomenar resist\u00e8ncia. Com podem veure a la Fig. 8, a major freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, menor imped\u00e0ncia. I ja sabem que els harm\u00f2nics tenen una freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia superior a la de la fonamental de la xarxa. Per tant, el condensador presenta menys resist\u00e8ncia a aquestes freq\u00fc\u00e8ncies harm\u00f2niques. Es converteix, en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, en un \u201ccam\u00ed de baixa imped\u00e0ncia\u201d per a aquests corrents. En altres paraules, tendeix a absorbir-les, de manera que a les xarxes amb pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics els condensadors sempre estan sobrecarregats en un cert nivell. Ho \u00e9s la possibilitat que es produeixi un fenomen de resson\u00e0ncia, que implica l&#8217;amplificaci\u00f3 dels corrents harm\u00f2nics pr\u00e8viament existents a la xarxa abans de la connexi\u00f3 de la bateria de condensadors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Hem de considerar llavors el par\u00e0metre conegut com la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de resson\u00e0ncia del sistema (Fig. 9), que relaciona la pot\u00e8ncia de curtcircuit al punt de connexi\u00f3 de la bateria de condensadors a la xarxa amb la pot\u00e8ncia en kvarC de la pr\u00f2pia bateria. Aquest valor indica l&#8217;ordre de l&#8217;harm\u00f2nic, \u00e9s a dir, ordre 5, 7, 11\u2026 que podria amplificar-se en connectar-se els condensadors a la xarxa, ocasionant-ne l&#8217;amplificaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;5px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;15922&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; title=&#8221;Fig. 10&#8243;][vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;4px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;exemple de la Fig. 10, apareix un clar ress\u00f2 a l&#8217;harm\u00f2nic 5\u00e8. Simplement hem de comptar els 5 pics que apareixen un cicle.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;10px&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>El procediment que cal implementar per evitar aquest fenomen de resson\u00e0ncia es basa en instal\u00b7lar bateries de condensadors amb filtres de rebuig o desintonitzades. Aquestes bateries incorporen en s\u00e8rie amb cada condensador o grup de condensadors de cada esgla\u00f3 una react\u00e0ncia, que a la Fig. 11 es pot identificar amb un color groguenc.
