Diagrama fasorial Tensi\u00f3-Corrent<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Problema 1: Correspond\u00e8ncia de fases<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Com es pot observar a la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 1, les tensions i els corrents de cada fase corresponent han de tenir el mateix desfasament en tots els casos per poder assegurar un funcionament correcte de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Perqu\u00e8 les dades que facilitin siguin correctes, els equips encarregats de mesurar par\u00e0metres el\u00e8ctrics han d&#8217;estar instal\u00b7lats de manera que les tensions i els corrents es corresponguin amb els seus angles pertinents.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;21088&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 2. Cablejat incorrecte d&#8217;un equip de mesura<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 2 es pot observar com un equip de mesura pret\u00e9n mesurar la tensi\u00f3 i el corrent de les 3 fases d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 trif\u00e0sica, per\u00f2 dos dels cables encarregats de mesurar la tensi\u00f3 han pres com a refer\u00e8ncia una l\u00ednia incorrecta. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la l\u00ednia 3 mostrar\u00e0 les dades correctes, ja que mesura la tensi\u00f3 i el corrent provinents de la mateixa fase. Per contra, els mesuraments de la fase 1 i 2 seran incorrectes, ja que el corrent i la tensi\u00f3 no corresponen a la mateixa fase i hi ha un desfasament d&#8217;angles.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta mala connexi\u00f3 comporta un mesurament incorrecte de par\u00e0metres summament rellevants. Per exemple, la pot\u00e8ncia, el cos phi, el factor de pot\u00e8ncia o les energies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Imagina que has d&#8217;anar a mesurar una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 per poder instal\u00b7lar una bateria de condensadors. Doncs b\u00e9, un incorrecte mesurament del factor de pot\u00e8ncia podria fer que instal\u00b7l\u00e9ssim una bateria de condensadors amb unes capacitats innecess\u00e0ries o massa escasses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un altre exemple: hem de fer un mesurament per instal\u00b7lar un programari de gesti\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica. Si mesur\u00e9ssim una pot\u00e8ncia incorrecta, es configurarien amb errors els equips per gestionar dades. Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 incorrecta de sensors de corrent<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Problema 2: Error als sensors de corrent<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Instal\u00b7lar els sensors de corrent incorrectament pot suposar una lectura de dades summament diferent de la real. Com es pot observar a la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 3, la l\u00ednia 3 t\u00e9 un sensor de corrent (un transformador, unes pinces, etc.) que est\u00e0 col\u00b7locat en la direcci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ria a la del corrent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Partim de la base que el consum d&#8217;una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 t\u00e9 com a refer\u00e8ncia la suma dels corrents de les l\u00ednies. Si una t\u00e9 el sensor de corrent al rev\u00e9s, significa que el corrent generat es mesura com a consumit, o viceversa. La conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia seria una dada relativa al corrent allunyat de la realitat.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Et posem un altre exemple: farem una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de sensors de corrent, com la de la il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 3, i per cada l\u00ednia circula un corrent de 5A. Per norma general, el consum de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 \u00e9s de 15A, ja que la suma de corrents de les 3 l\u00ednies \u00e9s de 5 + 5 + 5 = 15A.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas en concret, com que el sensor de corrent de la l\u00ednia 3 est\u00e0 col\u00b7locat al rev\u00e9s, obtindrem que consumim un corrent de 5 + 5 \u2013 5 = 5A. Aquest petit error pot generar un mesurament una tercera part m\u00e9s petita del que \u00e9s realment<\/p>\n<p>Si confi\u00e9ssim en la certesa d&#8217;aquestes dades, gestionar\u00edem la pot\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una manera que podria comportar sancions econ\u00f2miques per un exc\u00e9s de connexi\u00f3 de c\u00e0rregues. En canvi, si ens adonem de l&#8217;error en el mesurament, haur\u00edem d&#8217;anar a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, invertir a la direcci\u00f3 dels sensors de corrent i tornar a mesurar.<\/p>\n<p>[vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=&#8221;21111&#8243; img_size=&#8221;large&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Il\u00b7lustraci\u00f3 4. Pinces FLEX de Circutor<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Problema 3: Configuraci\u00f3 de pinces de corrent<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les pinces de corrent es poden configurar per treballar en diversos rangs de corrent. S\u00f3n capa\u00e7os de mesurar a partir d&#8217;un valor m\u00ednim, per\u00f2 hi ha establerts uns rangs per assegurar que mesurin amb la precisi\u00f3 establerta pel fabricant. Mesurar un corrent amb unes pinces fora del rang de la configuraci\u00f3 establerta pot reduir considerablement la precisi\u00f3 del mesurament. Si utilitz\u00e9ssim la primera configuraci\u00f3 de les pinces, l&#8217;equip treballaria per sobre del corrent m\u00ednim. Mesura i, a m\u00e9s, es troba entre els valors de corrent. Aix\u00ed, ens assegurem un mesurament amb la precisi\u00f3 indicada a les especificacions t\u00e8cniques de l&#8217;equip.<\/p>\n<p>Suposem que en aquesta mateixa instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 es configuren les pinces amb la segona opci\u00f3. Aquest valor es troba per sobre del corrent m\u00ednim. \u00c9s possible mesurar el corrent, per\u00f2 es troba fora del rang, cosa que provoca una p\u00e8rdua de precisi\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, si en aquesta mateixa instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 es configura la tercera opci\u00f3, les pinces no donarien cap mida. Per\u00f2 hi ha moltes m\u00e9s conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies indirectes: Un connexionat incorrecte implica que un usuari s&#8217;hagi de moure fins on est\u00e0 ubicat l&#8217;equip per poder canviar el connexionat, amb les despeses de mobilitat, personal i temps corresponents. Si l&#8217;empresa \u00e9s relativament a prop, la despesa no \u00e9s summament rellevant. Des d&#8217;un programari instal\u00b7lat al mateix PC de l&#8217;usuari, anomenat Power Studio, pots connectar-te als equips de qualsevol part del m\u00f3n i realitzar m\u00faltiples configuracions. D&#8217;aquesta manera, \u00e9s possible arreglar tots i cadascun dels problemes de mesura recentment detallats, que s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s comuns al sector.
