Hem preparat dues proves per veure el comportament real d&#8217;un diferencial i experimentar qu\u00e8 passa amb els nivells de fugida en funci\u00f3 dels harm\u00f2nics presents a la xarxa.[\/vc_column_text][vc_video link=&#8221;https:\/\/youtu.be\/KkdO9DDYT-w&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1653551847312{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]A la primera prova que realitzem descobrirem si els harm\u00f2nics de corrent presents en una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 el\u00e8ctrica poden fer disparar la protecci\u00f3 diferencial<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La circulaci\u00f3 dharm\u00f2nics de corrent poden fer disparar la meva protecci\u00f3 diferencial?<\/p>\n<p>Amb aquesta prova volem desmuntar el mite que els harm\u00f2nics de corrent, per se, provoquen trets en la protecci\u00f3 diferencial de les instal\u00b7lacions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El dispositiu de protecci\u00f3 diferencial dispara en detectar una fuita de corrent derivada a terra, en funci\u00f3 del calibre. Els interruptors diferencials funcionen detectant la difer\u00e8ncia de corrent circulant entre els conductors actius (fases) i el neutre de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Per aquest motiu, la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 correcta d&#8217;un diferencial passa a fer una suma vectorial entre el corrent de fase\/fases i el del neutre. Si el resultat d&#8217;aquesta suma \u00e9s zero, significar\u00e0 que no hi ha cap fugida de corrent derivada a terra. No obstant aix\u00f2, si la suma no \u00e9s igual a zero, significa que no tot el corrent circulant per la fase\/fases \u00e9s anul\u00b7lat al conductor de neutre, la qual cosa implica una p\u00e8rdua o fugida de corrent cap a terra.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de corrent a una instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 \u00e9s generada per les c\u00e0rregues connectades i l&#8217;efecte que poden provocar \u00e9s un augment del corrent circulant pels conductors. La suma vectorial d&#8217;aquest corrent fonamental + harm\u00f2nic quedar\u00e0 anul\u00b7lada entre les fases i el neutre, tret que hi hagi una derivaci\u00f3 a terra.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1682331505289{margin-top: 20px !important;margin-bottom: 20px !important;padding-top: 20px !important;padding-right: 20px !important;padding-bottom: 20px !important;padding-left: 20px !important;background-color: #ebebeb !important;}&#8221;]Per aix\u00f2 podem assegurar que la circulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de corrent no provoca directament un augment de la fugida o un mal funcionament de la protecci\u00f3 diferencial.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]No obstant aix\u00f2, aquesta afirmaci\u00f3 no \u00e9s del tot certa si tenim en compte un petit mat\u00eds, que detallarem a la segona prova real. Normalment, la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de corrent provoca un augment directe dels harm\u00f2nics de tensi\u00f3 i com veurem a la segona prova, aquests \u00faltims s\u00ed que provoquen un augment del corrent de fugida, sempre que hi hagi filtres EMI instal\u00b7lats. Aquesta causa\/efecte s\u00ed que pot fer disparar la protecci\u00f3 diferencial sempre que no estigui ben seleccionada o ajustada.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que al v\u00eddeo parlem dels efectes dels harm\u00f2nics de corrent sobre la protecci\u00f3 diferencial, no podem obviar l&#8217;efecte que aquests poden provocar sobre la protecci\u00f3 magnetot\u00e8rmica. La pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de corrent provoca que el corrent real (RMS) que circula pels conductors augmenti ja que el corrent final \u00e9s el resultat de la suma quadr\u00e0tica del corrent a 50 Hz juntament amb el corrent harm\u00f2nic. Aquest fet, que de vegades obviem, pot fer disparar la protecci\u00f3 magnetot\u00e8rmica si aquesta est\u00e0 ajustada molt al l\u00edmit amb el corrent circulant a 50 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>Els harm\u00f2nics de tensi\u00f3 poden fer disparar la meva protecci\u00f3 diferencial?<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta segona part del v\u00eddeo veurem com la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de tensi\u00f3 pot augmentar el nivell de fuga a terra sempre que hi hagi filtres EMI a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Equips molt habituals a la ind\u00fastria com a variadors de velocitat, necessiten la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de filtres EMI per suprimir les ianterfer\u00e8ncies condu\u00efdes a la xarxa, complint amb l&#8217;actual normativa vigent. L&#8217;\u00fas d&#8217;aquest tipus de dispositius ens ajuda a evitar aquestes interfer\u00e8ncies a la xarxa, per\u00f2 afegeixen una problem\u00e0tica en la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3: fuites de corrent a terra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Per al correcte funcionament dels filtres EMI, aquests disposen de condensadors connectats entre fase i terra de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. Aix\u00f2 fa que sempre que s&#8217;alimenti aquest fugi un corrent a terra. Si parlem del filtre associat a un variador de velocitat, aquest fugir\u00e0 a terra nom\u00e9s amb el fet d&#8217;estar alimentat, encara que el motor estigui apagat.[\/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=&#8221;22010&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;center&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1653477876795{margin-top: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1682332611499{margin-bottom: 20px !important;}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Fig1. Esquema el\u00e8ctric filtre EMI trif\u00e0sic.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Per aquest motiu, sempre que la tensi\u00f3 de xarxa augmenti, ja sigui per causa externa o interna degut a harm\u00f2nics de tensi\u00f3; recordem que tamb\u00e9 es generen com a causa\/efecte de la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;harm\u00f2nics de corrent generats per les nostres c\u00e0rregues; els filtres EMI augmentaran la seva fugida a terra.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Aquest efecte pot provocar que la protecci\u00f3 diferencial faci trets intempestius en funci\u00f3 del nivell de les c\u00e0rregues connectades a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3. \u00c9s a dir, com m\u00e9s c\u00e0rregues connectades que generin harm\u00f2nics de corrent, m\u00e9s harm\u00f2nics en tensi\u00f3 estaran presents, que alhora faran augmentar la fuita a terra, podent sobrepassar el l\u00edmit de fuga a terra perqu\u00e8 dispari la protecci\u00f3 diferencial parant una l\u00ednia i incrementant els costos indirectes de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Quines recomanacions podem seguir per evitar trets intempestius?<\/p>\n<p>1er consell: Disposar d&#8217;un diferencial capa\u00e7 de mostrar el nivell de fugida a terra per pantalla i indicar el nivell de fugida en el moment del tret.<\/p>\n<p>2n consell: Ajustar correctament la sensibilitat del diferencial. El diferencial ha d&#8217;estar ajustat per sobre de la fugida natural de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, aconsellem per experi\u00e8ncia en camp que l&#8217;ajust sigui proper a unes 10 vegades el nivell de fugida natural, amb temps de tret el m\u00e9s curts possibles.<\/p>\n<p>3er consell: Instal\u00b7lar un diferencial per cada variador de velocitat o utilitzar un sol filtre EMI per a diversos variadors.<\/p>\n<p>4t consell: Tenint en compte que els harm\u00f2nics de tensi\u00f3 vindran provocats de manera habitual per la circulaci\u00f3 de corrents harm\u00f2nics generats per les c\u00e0rregues connectades, recomanem la possibilitat de reduir la circulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquests corrents harm\u00f2nics, millorant la qualitat de xarxa de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, mitjan\u00e7ant l&#8217;\u00fas de filtres actius i evitar l&#8217;augment de fuites de corrent a terra als filtres EMI.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Al seg\u00fcent v\u00eddeo comprovarem, en pocs minuts, si \u00e9s cert el mite que els harm\u00f2nics s\u00f3n els culpables de trets intempestius dels interruptors diferencials de la teva instal\u00b7laci\u00f3.
